To whom it may concern,
Angie Sams has been my chef for the past 2 years.
She is an amazing cook and fits right in with the
family. I have 3 children ages 3, 9 & 12. They all
have different tastes and she has managed to make
them all happy. They can't wait for Angie to come
over and do really love her food. They even make
cookies with her. My youngest daughter has a peanut
allergy and she is very aware of that.
Without Angie, I'm not sure what we would be eating.
It's so nice to know when I'm busy working all day
that I can come home to a great, healthy cooked meal
for the family. I'm not sure what we'd do without
her.

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to advise all concerned that I have
used the services of Angie Sams for approximately four
years. I have a 10 year-old autistic child, Bobby, who
is on a gluten free, casein free (GFCF) diet. In
addition, he is allergic to eggs. These dietary
restrictions have been difficult for me over the past
many years.
When I met Angie over four years ago, I discovered she
was one of the few chefs who has had experience with
the GFCF diet. She started preparing special tasty
meals for my son who wasn't getting a variety of
foods. Angie is always creating new spicy dishes that
my son just loves. We have discovered through Angie
that Bobby's diet does not have to be bland and
tasteless. She even came up with a chocolate chip
cookie dough recipe that my son loves. Our entire
family enjoys the dishes that Angie creates.
